The Whole Cuts BBQ
Party Tools works closely with our stock and trade meat suppliers. Quality and welfare are paramount throughout our offer. Beef cuts are British Black Angus unless you request otherwise. Romney, Hardwick or Suffolk lamb depending on availability. And last but not least the Gloucester old spot pigs. Whole cuts are priced by the raw kilo weight. The meats are seasoned with our blend of dry rubs, grilled, rested then carved at the serving area.
Chateaubriand 1 kg
T-Bone steak 1 kg
Seared Blue Fin tuna 1.5 – 2 kg
Tiger prawns 2 kg
Butterflied lamb leg 3 kg
Grilled Ratatouille of mixed pepper, courgette, vine tomatoes & aubergine.
Grilled whole vegetables – butternut squash, sweet potato, coriander, tomato salsa.
Steamed Royal jerseys.
How to order? The whole cuts BBQ menu is only a guidance menu and it serves approximately 35 people per cut. We suggest to work around this menu or choose all different from more food section below under “Option Extras”.
